Letters of suitability for priests and deacons who will be exercising ministry within the Diocese of Peoria should be sent to suitability@cdop.org.

Please note: No additional hard copy of the letter of suitability needs to be sent via US Mail to the Diocese of Peoria. The email, with attached pdf of the letter of suitability, is sufficient.
