Why did you become a seminarian?

Having had no formal education in theology, I graduated college with the realization that God was calling me to something that I had not previously discerned. Luckily, my job at the time gave me many numerous role models for different vocations and opportunities through which I could learn more about the faith. After an eye-opening Come and See retreat and many one-on-one conversations with priests, I could see that the best way to thank God for his gift of life was to offer it back up to him. Entering seminary allows me to devote myself entirely to him and further discern his plan for my life.

What did you do before seminary?

I graduated from Bradley University and worked for a year at a parish in South Bend, IN as an AV/IT Specialist.

I graduated with a degree in game design and have released a number of different playable games online.
